Deborah Tarver Waters is a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel and a former teacher in the San Bernardino City Unified School District.  She is a graduate of Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas, and the Ministry Training Academy of San Bernardino, California.  She has served the Lord as a member of evangelism teams, the leader of intercessory prayer groups, a teacher of personal ministry classes, facilitator of home fellowships, the teacher of adult Monday and Wednesday night Bible studies, children’s choir director, a children’s church coordinator, and a Sunday School teacher.  She leads weekly Bible Studies via ZOOM and writes Bible study guides.  Her activities include writing poetry, facilitator of book clubs, community activism, and participating in overseas’ missions.  She is dedicated to the study of God’s word and the renewal of the Church.  In her first book, Loving God, Deborah Tarver Waters talks about the reality of God and what it means to have Him in our lives.
